The formal move-out walk-through is scheduled directly with the tenant after they have completely emptied the home, resulting in a finalized condition report. RentVest expects the home to be returned in the exact condition it was originally rented. If unaddressed damage or neglect is documented, the tenant's security deposit is applied directly to restore the single-family home or townhome, strictly following the landlord-tenant code of Hawaii.

Throughout the duration of the active lease agreement, other property check-ups can occur. These mid-lease walk-throughs may be requested directly by the property owner or instigated natively by RentVest.
